We use Australia Post to ship your purchases. While we are now in a post-COVID world, the Aus Post delivery times are not what we were once accustomed to pre-COVID. Every parcel goes with Tracking. Costs for shipping have escalated dramatically over the past 12 months with another increase just implemented by Australia Post. To cope with this please accept a small increase for larger Express Post parcels.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

STANDARD POST with Tracking is still FREE when you spend over $100. Any purchase under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $10.

EXPRESS POST with Tracking is $15 per parcel under 500gm and $17 per parcel over 500gm.

Please know that it is not Express Shipping as we once knew it, Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery, but Express Post does means your parcel will be prioritised by Australia Post and delivered ahead of any “Standard” post. You will be sent a tracking link, so you can keep tabs on the whereabouts of your parcel at all times.

INTERNATIONAL:

By request we do ship to the UK, USA + NZ. In this post-COVID world, all International Parcels must go with tracking. This postage fee is charged at cost then automatically added to your cart. Please note delivery times are dictated by Australia Post. We don't have an Express Shipping option available for overseas destinations.

HANDLING

We DO NOT charge for handling, as it's our joy and honour to personally wrap your beauty purchases. We do not outsource our fulfilment to a factory, and we don't have a warehouse full of workers. Your parcels are hand packed by Lucie or Amanda. So please allow up to 2 business days for us to beautifully and carefully package up your curated beauty goodies. Orders received after 12noon are considered next business day. We are a small team working hard behind the scenes to bring you the most bespoke service we can. Bakuchiol (Sytheon Sytenol A) is a concentrated natural Retinol alternative clinically proven to reduce multiple signs of ageing but without the inherent safety & stability issues of Retinol. 

Results comparing this particular Bakuchiol extract and Retinol clearly showed that, after twelve weeks of treatment, there was a significant improvement in lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, elasticity, firmness and overall photo-damage but with no irritating effect on the skin.

Vitamin C (Ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate ) at 10% is a new generation of bio available Vitamin C. Studies have shown this incredibly stable Vitamin C ester to mitigate the damaging effects of UV exposure. It stimulates Collagen production being twice as effective as ascorbic acid and clarifies and brightens the skin by inhibiting melanogenesis. Studies show Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate to lighten pigmented skin at 2 % 

Skinlift DPHP This plant derived anti ageing natural amino acid and fatty acid active that stimulates skin proteins such as Collagen and Elastin. It has been shown to have a long lasting firming and moisturising effect on the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles providing volume, uppleness, and tone to the skin. 

COenzyme Q10 is a powerful antioxidant that protects skin cells from free radical damage that would otherwise degrade Collagen & Elastin fibres. Our natural levels of COQ10 drop as we age resulting in cellular ageing so this serum counteracts this.
