Shipping policy

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Standard Post with Tracking is FREE when you spend over $150. Any purchase under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $12.
Express Post with Tracking is FREE when you spend over $175. Or $15 per parcel under $175.

Please know we use Australia Post for delivering your beauty goodies. Our location is deemed Regional, which does have an impact on delivery timeframes. Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery, but Express Post does means your parcel will be prioritised and delivered ahead of any standard post. You will be sent a tracking link, so you can keep tabs on the whereabouts of your parcel at all times.

INTERNATIONAL:
By request we can ship to the UK and NZ. All international parcels must go with tracking. This postage fee is charged at cost then automatically added to your cart. Please note delivery times are dictated by Australia Post. We don't have an Express Shipping option available for overseas destinations.

HANDLING
We do not charge for handling, as it's our joy and honour to personally wrap your beauty purchases. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to beautifully and carefully package up your curated beauty goodies. Orders received after 12 noon are considered next business day. We are a small team working hard behind the scenes to bring you the most bespoke service we can.
