Refund policy

We hope that you will be in love with your purchase from the Amanda Ramsay Makeup store. We are a small business and can't accommodate change of mind, wrong colour choice, nor offer refunds, sorry. We are here to help guide you into the right products, so reach out prior to your purchase for this support. There are no refunds on workshop or consult bookings. We are happy for you to transfer your spot to a friend but can can not offer any refunds.
If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival please email us immediately shop@amandaramsay.com.au so we can address this with the brand/manufacturer and promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund. 
  • Faulty or Damaged Refund - faulty or damaged products returned in an unused condition will get offered a refund or a replacement after discussion with the Brand.
  • Faulty or Damaged Exchange/store credit - faulty or damaged products that are returned opened and used for clearly longer than a week will be given a store credit or offered an exchange.
While we will endeavour to assist as best we can, the decision to refund or exchange a faulty item is at the discretion of the Manufacturer/Brand and not Amanda Ramsay Makeup as we are a reseller.
To assist us with your return or exchange a faulty product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (your receipt) along with a photo of the faulty product.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@amandaramsay.com.au. If your return is accepted by the supplier, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please don't message us on social media, use our email address shop@amandaramsay.com.au

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. And we can not accept any returns on product that has been opened. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
