Ageless Beauty Shopping Spree Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: Amanda Ramsay Makeup, ABN 79641797961, Gold Coast QLD. Contact: shop@amandaramsay.com.au (the Promoter).
  2. Promotion period: The giveaway opens at 5:00pm AEST (Queensland time) on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST (Queensland time) on 10 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  4. How to enter: Complete the entry form at shop.amandaramsay.com.au (via the giveaway page or pop-up) with your first name, a valid email address and your mobile number. Your mobile number is used to contact you if you win. Entrants must follow @amandaramsaymakeup on Instagram. Commenting, sharing or liking on social media is not required and does not count as an entry.
  5. Limit: One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will count as a single entry.
  6. Prizes:
    • Major prize (1): a $500 Amanda Ramsay digital gift card to spend at shop.amandaramsay.com.au, expiring 31 December 2026, plus access to The Makeup Course for Women Over 40 (RRP $279), on the course's standard access terms.
    • Runner-up prizes (5): a $50 Amanda Ramsay digital gift card each, valid only during the Promoter's Black Friday 2026 sale and expiring at the end of that sale.
    Total prize pool valued at up to $1,029 (incl. GST).
  7. Draw: Winners will be selected at random by the Promoter from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEST (Queensland time) on 11 November 2026.
  8. Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw, and the winners' first names and state may be published on the Promoter's Instagram account and emails.
  9. Unclaimed prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 5 days of notification, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEST (Queensland time) on 18 November 2026, and new winners notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days.
  10. Gift cards: Gift cards are promotional, are issued free of charge, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and any unused balance will expire on the stated expiry date. Gift cards can be used alongside sale prices.
  11. Marketing: By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from the Promoter. You will only receive marketing text messages if you tick the optional SMS box on the entry form; ticking it does not affect your chance of winning. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  12. Privacy: Personal information is collected to run this giveaway and for marketing as above, and is handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
  13. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, or technical failures. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent or don't meet these terms.
  14. Social media: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
