WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
STANDARD POST with Tracking is FREE when you spend over $150. Any purchase under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $12.
EXPRESS POST with Tracking is $15 per parcel under 500gm and $17 per parcel over 500gm.
Please know that we are considered "regional" here on the Gold Coast which means Express Shipping is prioritised however, not like you may expect from a Metro to Metro next day guaranteed scenario. Express Post does means your parcel will be prioritised by us and Australia Post and delivered ahead of any “Standard” post. You will be sent a tracking link, so you can keep tabs on the whereabouts of your parcel at all times.
INTERNATIONAL:
We do ship to the UK, USA + NZ. And by request, other destinations, please ask us shop@amandaramsay.com.au!
All International Parcels must go with tracking. This postage fee is charged at cost then automatically added to your cart. Please note delivery times are dictated by Australia Post. We don't have an Express Shipping option available for overseas destinations as it's too unpredictable.
HANDLING
We DO NOT charge for handling, as it's our joy and honour to personally wrap your beauty purchases. We do not outsource our fulfilment to a factory, and we don't have a warehouse full of workers. Your parcels are hand packed by Amanda. So please allow time for Amanda to carefully package up your curated beauty goodies. Orders received after 12 noon are considered next business day. We are a small team working hard behind the scenes to bring you the most bespoke service we can. Thank you for choosing to shop with me.
